2. Products
The products sold on the website are handcrafted jewelry.
Each piece may have slight variations due to its handmade nature.
The photos and descriptions are provided with the utmost care but do not constitute a binding contractual commitment.
3. Price
Prices are displayed :
in Swiss francs (CHF)
and exclude delivery costs, which are shown at checkout.
JU’LO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be charged at the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
4. Ordering and Account Creation
The customer may place an order :
– as a guest user
– by creating a customer account
The information provided by the customer must be accurate and complete.
JU’LO shall not be held liable for any data entry errors (such as incorrect address or email address).
5. Payment
Payment is processed through :
– Stripe (credit card)
– PayPal (if available)
Payment is fully secured through SSL encryption provided by Infomaniak.
The order shall be deemed confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered :
– within Switzerland
– internationally (where available)
Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and external circumstances.
JU’LO shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from the carrier’s actions.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
7. Return Policy
JU’LO accepts returns subject to the following conditions :
The customer may request a return within 7 days :
if the product is unworn
returned in its original packaging in perfect, unused condition.
Certain items are not eligible for return :
– jewelry that has been worn
– personalized items
– items purchased during sales or promotional offers
– custom-made or special orders
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
8. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product :
A refund or store credit may be offered. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
In the event of a damaged product upon receipt, the customer must contact JU’LO within 48h and provide photographic evidence.
9. Liability
JU’LO shall not be held liable for :
– any misuse of the product
– any personal allergies or sensitivities to the materials used
– any delivery delays resulting from the carrier’s actions or delays
– any force majeure event
10. Privacy and Data Protection
The customer's personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The information required to process the order (such as name, address, and email address) is used solely for :
– delivering the product
– processing payments and billing
– contacting the customer when necessary regarding their order
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (including photos, text, products, and logo) is the exclusive property of JU’LO.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Swiss law.
