1. Where are your jewelry pieces made ?<\/strong>
All jewelry pieces are handcrafted in my workshop in Bali. Each piece is made with care, reflecting the beauty of traditional craftsmanship.<\/p>

2. What materials are your jewelry pieces made from ?<\/strong>
I use only high-quality materials, carefully selected for their durability, comfort, and beauty :
\u2013 925 sterling silver
\u2013 natural gemstones, including precious and semi-precious stones
\u2013 high-quality genuine leather, vegetable-tanned
The exact materials used are specified on each product page.<\/p>

3. How long does it take to prepare an order?<\/strong>
Orders are prepared within 48 hours<\/strong> (excluding weekends and public holidays).<\/p>

4. What are the delivery times in Switzerland ?<\/strong>
Orders are shipped via Swiss Post<\/strong> : 2 to 4 business days.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.<\/p>

5. Do you ship to Europe and other international destinations ?<\/strong>
Yes. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.
Europe<\/strong> : 3 to 7 business days.
International<\/strong> : 7 to 20 business days.
Tracking information is provided whenever available, depending on the postal service used.<\/p>
